Brookside Inn at Laurens

Minimum Stay: A two night minimum is requested on all weekend and holiday stays from Memorial Day through
Columbus Day. A reduced minimum stay will be accepted on non-holiday weekdays, and or during quiet season.

Deposits: A room deposit of two nights, or 50% of total stay, whichever is larger, will guarantee your
reservation; balance being due prior to departure.

Cancellation: Reservations canceled 30 days or more in advance of arrival date will be refunded in full. Cancellations made
within 14 days or less of arrival date will only be refunded based upon our ability to rent the canceled room (s). Less a
$50 processing fee.

Tobacco Use: the guest rooms, common areas, decks, as well as the grounds of our B&B, are smoke-free areas.

Arrival/Departure: Standard check-in time is from 3-6pm...if your travel plans allow you to arrive prior to 3, or require
you to arrive after 6, please contact us so that we can make arrangements to accommodate you. Standard check-out time is
11am.

Pets: The inn does not accommodate any pets.

Decorum: Management reserves all of its rights to ensure the quiet enjoyment of The Inn by all our guests.

Children: Well supervised children, 10 years of age and older, are welcome.

Breakfast: Served daily between 8-10 a.m.
